Every project we ship goes onto our infrastructure. We host it. We monitor it. If something breaks at 2am, we're the ones who get the call. Every month, you get a report on uptime, traffic, and how the thing's actually being used. You stay focused on your business.

Discovery

A fixed-price, fixed-length look at the real workflow: the people, the files, the systems, the thing that keeps going wrong. You get a written proposal with scope, timeline, and a firm build price. If you go ahead, discovery is credited against the build.

Build

A fixed price, set in discovery, for a system that runs on its own private infrastructure. Staged before it is live, walked through with you, and shipped with the monitoring already on.

Run

A monthly retainer that covers hosting, watching every run, absorbing the small changes the world throws at it, and a real report. You have the builder's email, and the builder answers.

Their résumé corpus, 2,500 and counting, searched in plain English and scored against the job. A fifteen-stage pipeline shaped around how they actually hire. Built first for one custom home builder, then turned into a platform. Jobs, schedules, estimates and change orders, invoices, and job costing with receipts filed against the lines. Subcontractor agreements signed electronically. Customers approve work item by item from a link, no account needed. Investors watch actuals against the pitch.
